3. Once Membership form is emailed, please click on and pay for your appropriate membership from the buttons below.
   
   
4. Membership cannot commence until both the Membership Form and payment has been received.
   
   
5. Please note: Membership does require approval from the Executive Committee.
   
   
6. For current members your annual membership fee can be paid by also using one of the below Membership Fee Buttons.
